Gratitude: Plenty, Even in the Middle of Snowmageddon
This past week I was grateful for... …spending a few days in yoga pants after four days straight in heels.
…my friend Sharla, who refused to let me pick up Laurel from school on foot on the day it was 2 degrees out.
…winter boots with great treads (because when it's not 2 degrees out, I love walking to and from Laurel's school).
…having a week mostly free of meetings.
…dinner with my girlfriend Kate.
…more yummy Cobb salad.
…massage therapy with my amazing sister Jenn (go book with her y'all...she worked a miracle on me yesterday).
…homemade banana coconut bread (with Whole Foods honey roasted peanut butter on top...OMG).
…the bizarrely over-functioning way my brain works.
…last minute visitors who rock (I heart you Peter and Joanne).
…this Shepherd's Pie recipe (so good I made it twice this past week).
…Trader Joe’s peppermint hot chocolate.
…all of the creative people who have chimed in to help us find a girl’s name.
…the client work that continues to roll in.
...figure skating broadcasts...yay for Alissa Czisny!
What were you grateful for this week?
