Explore 2019: Anger Management
How do you respond to anger? Clamp it down? Eat chocolate? Vent-text a friend? I have done all of those things today and am now moving on to explore anger management by visualizing joy. This vantage point is in Portland, Oregon with Asha Dornfest. I thought it was appropriate for right now because I kind of feel like I need to move a mountain today.
