Explore 2019: Food Detox

I looooove carbs and sugar but I also know that what I've been eating lately is very related to not feeling physically so awesome (puffy eyes, inflammation, fatigue, etc).

I'm going to food detox if anyone wants to join me! I was so surprised last year when I informally (meaning, not with a program like Whole 30) decided to detox and made it 6 weeks without having dessert, carbs, alcohol, or junk food snacks. My body clearly needed that detox and clearly needs it again.

Personally, it's definitely harder to do this in the winter but I'm going to give it a go. Welcome back, chia pudding!
