Embrace 2020 126/365: dose of science

How's your work/school juggle going? I'm in the middle of several major work projects but you know what I was stressing about today? VIOLET'S EGG DROP SCIENCE EXPERIMENT. I wish I was kidding but seriously, having school projects on the edge of my mind while I'm trying to get work done is so hard. I pretty much feel scattered Monday through Friday. UGH.

Lest I sound too grumpy, I will say that as a former scientist it was pretty awesome to see Violet get excited about the design process. I was initially like, CRAP, when the first first egg broke in the plastic bag (you better believe Pandemic Christine transferred the egg to a container because no food goes wasted here) and then triumphant when her edit/second attempt worked and we could finish up and submit the project. Thank you, toilet paper for being the pandemic gift that keeps giving. These empty rolls were crucial to the design structure.
