#reverb10: Party

Today's #reverb10 writerly prompt is: December 9: Party. What social gathering rocked your socks off in 2010? Describe the people, music, food, drink, clothes, shenanigans. (Author: Shauna Reid)

In 2010 I was blessed to connect with so many wonderful people at so many wonderful gatherings. The really big (crazy fun, see-tons-of-friends, squeal-fest) parties were, not surprisingly, at conferences (Blissdom, Mom 2.0, and BlogHer).

But because I ultimately favor intimate gatherings, I’d say that the social gathering that rocked my socks off this year was this party in October.
