Explore 2019 #256: Sugar flowers

Not too shabby for my first time making sugar flowers! Also, given that I'm definitely a visual learner (reading instructions = hard for me!) signing up for the class at Oakleaf Cakes was just perfect. I needed to see what kind of supplies were involved AND if I would have fun doing it before buying all the supplies. Verdict = I still prefer working in buttercream in terms of the edible factor (sugar flowers can last a year so really it's more an artistic add on) and if time/design negate the need for sugar flowers AND I want to buy all the supplies and make a crapload of flowers! It was very therapeutic!
