Explore 2019 #264: Lime cream pie

Pie for family Thanksgiving done! This past summer my family went bonkers over the key lime cake I made for my niece's birthday so I figured I'd keep the lime love going and try lime cream pie for the first time.

This recipe from Joanne Chang's Pastry Love is SUPER EASY. Also, I think this is the first Thanksgiving that I have not made a traditional pie crust. Both pies today have a graham cracker crust.
