Explore 2019: Kale Brownies

So, have you done the hide veggies in dessert thing? We did it ages ago when Laurel was little. Vi has grown increasingly willing to try different veggies, but she is most definitely not on board with dark leafy greens. And I have reallllly been wanting to get some dark leafy greens in her to try to help with some physical stuff she is dealing with.

So today I decided to explore (my 2019 word) kale brownies. I almost want to laugh/cry just typing that! I have a tried and true brownie recipe that I have not strayed from for maybe a decade or longer (seriously!) but in the interest of getting kale in Vi, I made these brownies. There is one whole bunch of kale in this tray!!!

I am totally going to tell Vi there is kale in them but I just gave her a bite and got the double thumps up!! You seriously cannot see or taste it!
