What are your household food staples? On Sundays I often make quiche because it's handy as leftovers during the week.
I usually bang out quiche...the faster I can get it done the better, but this morning I decided to slow down and embrace a slower food detail: caramelized onions. They take time and attention but oh man, I am reminded that they are so worth it!
