Explore 2019: Allergy Relief Food

Anyone else suffering from allergies right now? I've been dealing with some general inflammation stuff for a while but today my general allergies have been ratcheted up.

I started looking into allergy relief foods and put pineapple and kiwi and kimchi (yay!) on my grocery store list. When I got to Whole Foods I found that pineapples were on sale 2 for $4. Laurel convinced me to buy 4. Fingers crossed!
