Explore 2019: Mid-Day Walks

A couple of weeks ago I shared about my eye inflammation woes, and while my most immediate course of action was food detoxing (I blamed sugar for the problem), I also (sort of) joked about how maybe I just needed to go skiing so I could have fresh air blasting on my eyes for 6-7 hours a day.

Turns out, fresh air is, in fact, magic. While my food detox has generally felt good, my eyes haven't really improved a ton. It's been incredibly frustrating, and at some points, painful. This weekend we spent about 10 hours outside skiing at Sugarbush and VOILA, eye inflammation gone.

Unfortunately, being outside this much is not in the cards for me during the work week but I'm going to explore mid-day walks so I can extend my gaze to different distances and get some fresh air. Want to join me?
