Explore 2019: Ribbon Buttercream Technique

I was originally planning on coming up with a new Easter cake design but I could not stop thinking about this ribbon buttercream technique I posted about the other week. Admittedly, when someone says something is hard, I kind of want to try it!

It was actually very doable and quite fun, except for the fact that my cake turntable is crap! It kept stuttering, which made my lines jittery. I still think it looks pretty though so I have to think about whether I want to bother investing in another turntable! Happy Easter+ Passover!
