Embrace 2020 138/365: pandemic food love

What foods have you enjoyed making through the pandemic? Roasted Brussels sprouts + sweet potato + bacon = life for me (and today some random broccoli remnants). I am totally not tired of them and I probably am due to add something new to the rotation!
