Explore 2019 #198: Scallop tempura tacos

Last week (OMG was it just last week?!) when Laurel and I were in San Jose, our last stop before heading to the airport was Zona Rosa. We did an impressive job eating our way through San Jose, and I for sure did not want to leave before having Mexican food!

I'm adding a couple of other crazy tasty food pix to my stories, but on this #tacoTuesday I need to shout out these incredible scallop tempura tacos with asparagus chipotle glaze. I love when Asian and Mexican food intersect!
