Do you prefer sweet or savory breakfast? I'm definitely Team Savory so I usually pass on pancakes, but this morning Laurel and Violet wanted to make Queer Eye’s Antoni’s apple topped pancakes so I was like OK of course I need to say yes. And holy crap you guys, the apple topping was amazing AND the kids decided to make Mark Bittman's light and fluffy pancakes (which involves whipped egg whites so we have never bothered since his basic pancake recipe is so good). LIFE CHANGING, YOU GUYS. Like, I am 45 years old and love pancakes for the first time! Thanks for breakfast, girls!
