Embrace 2020 79/365: cake therapy

Sharing Violet's birthday cake to hopefully give you a dose of happy! Because Violet was due on St. Patrick's Day + her personality, I often call her my rainbow kid. And also given the current level of stress/crazy, I wanted to make her a tremendously happy, colorful cake. She was thrilled with it!

I think I'm going to write up a quick tutorial on how I figured out how to do the gradient rainbow with less bags/tips than originally planned. Because mixing all these colors definitely results in a lot of mess so I was excited to figure out ways to reduce the mess! My Wilton Cakes tips etc. got a solid workout yesterday.
