Saturated Ombre Easter Cake

Official "make it work" Easter cake portrait. 🤪 Gluten-free funfetti (box mix that I amped up), vanilla buttercream, and mixed berry coulis to hopefully improve overall taste with GF cake...a lot of GF baked good attempts have been meh, hence going with a box mix because I really want a slice of cake!

Thought I ordered two bags of pastel mini eggs but I only got one and it was these more saturated ones. I originally was going to replicate the Easter cake I made a few years ago and do 3 color ombre + spirals of pastel eggs covering the top but the color of these eggs threw off my game so I just went with single color ombre and adjusted egg coverage. I like that cake decorating forces me to be flexible! 😆
