HOLY CRAP YOU GUYS, I MADE NAAN! We loooove naan but usually do store bought. I have been a bit intimidated by the idea of making it (yeast recipes can be hard!) but decided to explore (my 2019 word) making it today!
It was actually way easier than I thought to make it, and we have a double burner griddle so I could cook two at a time. But OMG it got smoky! I think maybe I didn't shake enough flour off? I need to figure out how to manage that better next time around! Because the result is DELICIOUS. .
