Explore 2019: Meeting Fear With Love

A while back, I posted to the Mom 2.0 Facebook page that I had a goal of meeting 50 new people. Basically, I was like, "If you're a newbie and you are afraid I am here for you! If you have questions about blogging, podcasting, design, or entrepreneurship, ask me a question!" And honestly, I was a bit stunned by the response because it made clear to me that many people experience a lot of fear in social situations. It makes sense, obviously, but I don't have that reaction so I tend to lose sight of it. It made me realize wow important it is to meet fear with love.

Anyway, so I decided to go for color so I would be easy to spot! Laurel told me I looked like a BOSS LADY when I tried on this Alexia Admore hot pink ruffle sleeve jumpsuit (bought it at Nordstrom Rack!) so I kept it! And can I also just say that one thing I love about being in my 40s is confidence? I'm not sure I would have had the confidence to wear a hot pink jumpsuit in my 20s or 30s but now? HELL YES.
