Explore 2019 #199: Croissant innovation

I didn't help make these incredible croissants (OMG HIGH FIVE, LAUREL) but I did participate in a flavor consult (and obviously quality assurance once out of the oven). Jon's wonderful aunt Joanne is visiting and she brought Laurel a couple of awesome Penzeys gift boxes (this company is amazing btw; I love how they use their voice for good on their Facebook account). This inspired leveling up the chocolate croissant with cinnamon, and after Laurel also shaped the plain and raspberry croissants, she asked about a 4th flavor and I suggested chocolate raspberry and WOW, that combo just never disappoints!
