Embrace 2020 18/365: homemade kale chips

Sorry, kale haters! My BFF Anne showed me the light and I'm now obsessed with homemade kale chips. Next time I want to do a full head across two sheets to reduce crowding (and steaming) to speed up baking time. Even my 8yo Violet tried them and was like, "I'd say they are not my favorite snack but still taste pretty good!" VEGETABLE WIN.
