Thank You, Lucy Myers

That moment when you get the Boston Globe off your doorstep and see your name on the cover (did not realize that was going to happen) then -- more importantly -- open your email to see that the very first person to reach out about your article is your high school English teacher (+ school newspaper advisor) from 30 years ago who was the teacher who kept telling you, "You are smart. You matter." despite the fact that you were a C/D student. Thank you for always believing in me, Lucy Myers. You helped me not give up.
