Embrace 2020 111/365: gluten-free pizza crust

I've got another recipe lead for my gluten-free friends! I have tried some of the frozen veggie-based pizza crusts from Whole Foods and Trader Joes and they have been OK but they either haven't felt super pizza-y or they have ripped when I have tried to flip them over. I did a little hunting around and am SO HAPPY with Gluten-Free Palate’s pizza recipe. It's easy (no rise time!), only involves one ingredient (the G-F flour) I didn't already have on hand, and it's super tasty! The texture is maybe almost a little more cookie-like due to the egg but totally satisfying as pizza crust! Homemade pizza is now in our rotation pretty heavily and I make a regular one for my kids and a gluten-free one for me and OMG YOU GUYS THIS MEANS I GET A WHOLE PIZZA TO MYSELF.
